General Safety and Security

When it comes to safety and security, you can sleep soundly knowing the Pattaya Bay Resort has exceeded all hotel industry standards.  Our dedicated security staff is available 24-hours per day to assist you.  All areas of the resort complex are protected by a video surveillance system that records all activities and people entering and leaving the hotel.  Access to the elevator lobby and guest rooms is protected by a secure entrance requiring a digital key card for entry.  All room keys are laser cut preventing non-authorized duplication.

Fire Safety Systems

Our hotel includes the following fire safety systems:

    * smoke detectors
    * central fire alarm system with 24-hour monitoring panel
    * resort wide public address system
    * emergency lighting
    * fire fighting equipment
    * secondary fire exits with fire rated steel doors and frames
    * roof-top water tank
    * all fire safety systems are inspected annually by the City of Pattaya Fire Department.  We are proud to say that we meet or exceed all fire safety standards!

Medical Emergencies

Our hotel staff is trained to assist you with any medical emergency.

We have our own first aid and rescue equipment onsite, including an Automated External Defibrillator for cardiac emergencies.

For routine medical problems, there is a Western trained and Thai licensed physician on call 24-hours per day.  In an emergency, an ambulance with a physician and a trained medical team is just minutes away.

We have a complete referral list of Dentists who can take care of any dental problems the same day.

As for your prescription medications, our staff will be happy to direct you to an international pharmacy.
