- We do not require a reservation deposit (Except between Christmas & New Year's and
multiple room reservations) unless you are checking in after 18:00. All room reservations
will be held until 18:00 unless guaranteed for late arrival by a credit card for the first
night's stay.
- Cancellation and refund policy for guaranteed reservations - We require 48
hours advance notice (Thailand time) for a full refund. Otherwise, the first night's stay
will be charged to the credit card. Please call us if you think you might not arrive by
18:00 and have not guaranteed your reservation - 038-724-222.
- All foreign nationals are required by Thai law to present a passport with vaild visa stamp
upon arrival. Thai nationals are required to present their Thai identification card.
